Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 15.25 ounce can of sweet corn
  • 2 Cups salsa
  • 2 4.5 oz cans green chilis
  • 15 oz. can black beans
  • 2 Tablespoons homemade taco seasoning or 1 1oz. packet taco seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoonsdry ranch mix
  • 14.5 oz can ofbeef broth+ one can of water
  • Toppings of choice i.e. sour cream guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, and shredded cheese.

Instructions

  • Brown the hamburger, then drain.
  • Return the hamburger to the pan, then stir in the corn, salsa, chilis, beans, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning.
  • Stir in the beef broth and can of water. Simmer for about 30-40 minutes. Top with your favorite toppings.

*Crockpot version~ Brown hamburger, then drain.

  • Put hamburger in crockpot.
  • Stir in corn, salsa, chilis, beans, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning.
  • Stir in beef broth and can of water. Cook on low for about 3-4 hours or until heated through.
